Use the office that holds the specific Evangeline Parish record:

The administrative office is Suite 100, 200 Court Street, Ville Platte, LA 70586; published weekday hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with a 12:00-12:30 p.m. closure. EPSO also lists 415 West Cotton Street, so call before choosing a counter. Report fees are generally $5-$10 depending on the report.
